Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Experienced Quality Assurance Representative to support MH-139 maintenance efforts at FE Warren Air Force Base in Cheyenne, Wyoming.

The first 8 to 10 months will be extensive travel to Malmstrom AFB in Great Falls, Montana. The individual will work closely with the MH-139 Global Technical Operations Leadership to support the planning, execution and delivery of Quality products and services.

Position Responsibilities:

* Develops and motivates a team of diverse skills, capability, and experience to maximize individual and team performance.

* Performs inspections on aircraft for maintenance activities on the MH-139 platform

* Maintains Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed using established procedures

* Collects and verifies data to support the identification of root cause routine problems

* Performs internal audits to determine compliance with Quality Management System standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements

* Documents audit results in standard formats

* Works under general supervision Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
* 5+ years' of experience with aircraft modifications, upgrades, or retrofit projects

* 5+ years' experience with fixed-wing and/or rotary wing aircraft platforms

* 3+ years' of experience in Quality Assurance

* Willing to work variable shifts, including nights

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
* 3+ years' of experience with Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) Instruction 8210.1

* Technical data experience

* Avionics Experience

* AS9100 Revision D experience

* Experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery Drug Free Workplace:
