The role supports external agencies, coordinates RFPs, and collaborates with OSM and stakeholders.
The position requires a BS in Science/Engineering, 3–5 years in related sciences, and strong GIS/AutoCAD, SharePoint, Excel skills. Travel and leadership of large projects are expected.
