Play a key role in maintaining financial wellness by assisting members in resolving delinquent accounts with professionalism and care. Participate in maintaining a financially sound loan and deposit portfolio through early delinquency control, using all methods including payment processing, phone calls, collection letters, digital communications, and in‑person interviews. Recommend further action on accounts as deemed necessary (including repossession, legal action, foreclosure, and referral to collection agencies).

• You are passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
• You have excellent communication skills.
• You are patient, resilient, but empathic.
• You love the details—no detail is too small.
• You have previous experience in the financial industry; credit union background a plus.

• Six months to two years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions.
• Ability to be bonded.
