We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team and help drive the loan process from application to closing with accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional customer service. Our Mortgage Loan Officers assist our members as they kick-start their dreams of home ownership. With your working knowledge of mortgage loan policies, credit granting criteria and interest rates, you are the “go-to” loan officer for our home-financing clients.

You can discuss loan alternatives, credit criteria, interest rates and loan documentation in a way that borrowers understand and feel positive about. You are able to come from a point-of-view for those that do not qualify that is it not a “no”, but rather, a “not yet” and you ensure they know exactly what they need to do in order to achieve their goals.

This position is an in-person position in Cheyenne, Wyoming.

Base hourly pay plus incentives.

• You are passionate about helping members achieve their home ownership goals.
• You have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• The details excite you- ensuring loan details are correct and within compliance,
• You have previous mortgage lending and or consumer lending experience.
