• Provide compassionate personal care to clients according to their care plans, including assistance with bathing, grooming, and mobility
• Perform household tasks such as meal preparation, light cleaning, and laundry
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
• Escort clients to appointments, shopping, and other activities as needed
• Communicate changes in client condition promptly and accurately to supervisors
• Maintain thorough documentation of care provided and client status
