Seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (PA or APRN) to join the Geriatrics Department supporting outpatient and long‑term care in a rural setting.
Responsibilities- Alternate weekly work between outpatient clinics and residential care.
- Provide comprehensive adult patient care, conduct exams, interpret tests, diagnose and treat conditions.
- Perform minor procedures and collaborate with a healthcare team.
- State licensure as a PA or APRN.
- National certification.
- Experience in geriatrics or internal medicine.
