• Serve as an internal expert for the assigned program, ensuring clear communication of expectations and process optimization
• Develop relationships with payer personnel to advance both transactional and strategic initiatives
• Lead cross-functional program execution, soliciting feedback and building consensus among partners
• Clearly communicate goals and objectives of assigned payer programs to internal teams
• Educate internal partners on payer practices for pricing, reimbursement, and claims processing

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2-4 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Strong reimbursement operations background with fluency in insurance and medical terminology
• Demonstrated leadership and strong communication skills
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities

• Proven track record of delivering results within a large organization through collaboration
• Highly developed organizational and planning skills
• Knowledgeable in the reimbursement and appeals processes
