PT – Physical Therapist (Inpatient & Outpatient) (Relocation Candidates Welcome)

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to provide rehabilitation services primarily in inpatient and outpatient settings. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to develop individualized treatment plans to help patients improve mobility, restore function, and achieve their rehabilitation goals.

The Physical Therapist will collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Requirements & Key Responsibilities

• Experience or ability to provide physical therapy services in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Evaluate patients' physical conditions, mobility, strength, balance, and functional abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, restore function, and support rehabilitation goals.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, mobility training, and functional rehabilitation.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, mobility techniques, and ongoing care.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation using applicable electronic medical record systems.
• Available to work day shifts, Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturday coverage.
• Flexibility to work holidays as required.
• Must meet all compliance and onboarding requirements before the start date.

• Current BLS/BCLS certification required.
• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license required.
• Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience.

Schedule & Orientation

• Shift: Day shift.
• Regular Schedule: Monday–Friday.
• Weekend Coverage: Rotating Saturday coverage.
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week.
• Holiday Coverage: Required.

Additional Assignment Details

• Overtime: Calculated by the week; overtime starts after 40 hours.
• Overtime Rate: All-inclusive Pay rate + $7.
• On-Call: No call required.
• Call-Back Minimum: 0 hours.
• Call-Back Rate: Not applicable.
• Holiday Rate: All-inclusive Pay rate + $7.
• 24-Hour On-Call: Not applicable.
• Mileage Reimbursement: $0.52 per mile for 2026, as applicable.

• 100-Mile Radius Rule: Candidates with a permanent address within 100 miles of the facility will not be accepted.
