KEY SKILLS / RESPONSIBILITIES- Guest Services: Welcome guests during the overnight shift (typically 11 PM - 7 AM), assist with check‑ins, reservations, and inquiries.
- Night Audit: Prepare and finalize Night Audit work, ensuring accurate daily transaction balancing. Must be detail oriented.
- Security: Conduct security walks to ensure guest and property safety.
- Reporting: Prepare daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management insights.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments for smooth operations and exceptional service.
- Skills: Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing. Strong problem‑solving skills and independence.
- 1 year in a hotel or related field. Supervisory experience is a plus.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.

Our Cheyenne hotel is located off of I‑25, near the Frontier Mall and Cheyenne airport. This Fairfield Inn & Suites provides the closest location to Cheyenne's Frontier Days Event among Marriott properties. This annual event takes place at Frontier Park, just under 2 miles from our hotel. In addition, we are within 3 miles of the Cheyenne Civic Center and F.E. Warren Air Force Base.
