This is a part‑time equity / token‑based cofounder opportunity. You will receive equity in Launch Legends
, Autheo
, and the WFO Creator Network
, along with token allocations in the Autheo blockchain. We have already completed an initial financing round to support infrastructure and marketing, and are currently in discussions with VCs and crypto investors to fund expansion and salaries. Salaried compensation is expected to begin within 4 to 5 months, following our node, token sales or funding.

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Platform Data Storage Engineer to join our pioneering team as an Equity Co‑Founder at the forefront of native blockchain execution. At Autheo, we are building the platform that redefines decentralized computation, delivering sub‑microsecond execution speeds, billions of transactions per second throughput, and mathematically proven security against adversaries.

You will own the planetary‑scale encrypted storage layer (object, file, table) that powers the entire Autheo ecosystem — achieving 0.4 µs access latency at 1 B+ TPS, exabyte durability across DePIN nodes, fully homomorphic and zk‑proofed reads/writes, and 80 % compression without sacrificing security — while natively supporting Layer 1 state, Layer 2 rollups, confidential smart contracts, and sovereign AI datasets.

• Design S3‑compatible object store + distributed file system + wide‑column table layer hitting 0.4 µs reads at 1 B+ TPS
• Build DAG‑based storage hierarchy eliminating duplication and enabling topological proofs
• Embed fully homomorphic encryption (CKKS/BFV) allowing computation on encrypted objects/files/tables
• Implement zk‑proof storage proofs (1–5 ms) for data availability and retrieval integrity
• Deploy dynamic sharding across 10,000+ global DePIN nodes with instant rebalancing
• Integrate SGX / Trust Zone secure enclaves for exabyte‑scale encrypted‑at‑rest data with remote attestation
• Ship 80 % lossless compression + deduplication while preserving end‑to‑end post‑quantum security
• Deliver storage SDKs (Rust/Go/JS) with zero‑config encrypted upload/download for dApps and rollups
• Drive GPU‑accelerated parallel storage pipelines and AI‑driven hot/cold tiering

• Publish encrypted storage and zk‑DA breakthroughs at FAST, NSDI, OSDI, SOSP
• Keynote at Storage Con 2026 and Devcon on “0.4 µs Encrypted Storage at Planetary Scale”
