Data Drone builds 0-1 SaaS products and the team that ships them. No bosses, no managers — the playbook manages, the copilot tracks. Every role owns a small, defined space with extreme accountability. Our website is the front door for every business that discovers us.
What You'll DoYou'll own the website — content, landing pages, SEO, bot, and conversion. When a prospect visits and signs up, your work converted them. When they visit and bounce, your work lost them. You operate the site daily: keeping content current, optimizing conversion paths, managing the chatbot, and growing organic traffic through SEO.
Daily Rhythm (How You Operate)- Daily: check the site — uptime, speed, broken links, outdated content. Fix before someone reports it.
- Daily: route inbound leads (demo requests, form submissions) to the right team same-day.
- Weekly: publish SEO content and operate the chatbot — conversation flows, FAQ updates.
- Monthly: analyze conversion funnels and run the next optimization test.
- Always: mobile first — more than half your visitors are on phones.
- Maintain all website content — current, accurate, brand-compliant
- Create and optimize landing pages for campaigns and conversion
- Manage SEO — keyword strategy, on-page optimization, organic content
- Operate the website chatbot — conversation flows, FAQ updates, enrollment guidance
- Monitor site performance — uptime, speed, Core Web Vitals, broken links
- Analyze and optimize conversion funnels
- Route inbound leads (demo requests, form submissions) to the right team same-day
- You've operated a live website — content updates, landing pages, SEO, not just design mockups.
- You understand SEO beyond .
- You can write landing page copy that converts — visitor-focused, benefit-driven, clear CTA.
- You've managed a chatbot or conversational interface — flow design, FAQ maintenance, conversation analytics.
- You can use web analytics and search console tooling to diagnose traffic patterns, conversion issues, and SEO performance.
- You catch broken things. Dead links, outdated pages, slow loads — you notice and fix before someone reports them.
- Experience with chatbot platforms
- Experience with Word Press, Webflow, or similar CMS
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
- Experience writing SEO content for SaaS products
- Comfort with AI copilots for content drafting and SEO research
- The website is the front door. It's always open. It's always being judged. You keep it clean, current, and converting.
- Content over design. A beautiful page with outdated pricing is worse than a plain page with accurate information.
- SEO is a compounding investment. Organic traffic from content you publish today will drive signups 6 months from now. Consistency matters more than volume.
- The bot is a team member. It handles more visitor conversations than any human on the team. Keep it sharp.
- Measure everything. A landing page without conversion tracking is a page you can't improve.
- Mobile first. More than half your visitors are on phones. If it doesn't work on mobile, it doesn't work.
- 30 Days — Full site audited. Bot flows tested. Analytics baselined. Outdated content identified and fix plan in place.
- 60 Days — Content current. Bot updated. First SEO content published. Conversion funnel mapped and first optimization tested.
- 90 Days — Organic traffic trending up. Conversion trusted. Site runs clean without surprises.
