Our client is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale, enterprise-wide technology initiatives across Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, and Operations teams. The role will drive complex platform, migration, integration, and transformation programs while partnering with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $65.00 to $75.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technical programs and platform initiatives.
- Manage program planning, dependencies, risks, stakeholder communications, and execution across multiple teams.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Infrastructure, and Operations leaders to drive strategic initiatives.
- Provide executive-level reporting, risk management, and progress updates.
- Drive operational excellence, process improvements, and data-driven decision making.
- Support agile planning and execution across quarterly and annual roadmaps.
- Manage complex migrations, integrations, and enterprise technology initiatives.
- 7+ years of Technical Program Management experience.
- Experience leading large-scale enterprise technology programs.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing complex migrations, integrations, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Knowledge of modern software development practices, cloud technologies, and distributed systems.
- Experience working within AWS and modern cloud environments.
- Strong data-driven decision-making and reporting capabilities.
- Oracle Fusion experience (HCM, ERP, EPM).
- Corporate systems, finance systems, HRIS, ERP, or enterprise application implementation experience.
- Experience in high-growth technology organizations.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
