ResponsibilitiesAs a Small Group Underwriting Supervisor at BCBSWY, you will play a role in supervising the underwriting operations for small group health plans and other products available to small employers. Your primary responsibility will be supervising a team of underwriters and ensuring the accurate and timely evaluation of small group underwriting projects.
In this role, you will oversee the day‑to‑day activities of the small group underwriting team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high‑quality and efficient work. You will also have the opportunity to mentor your team, foster a collaborative environment, and resolve challenges that arise, ensuring smooth workflow and high team performance.
