What You Will Do
  • Managing Work Orders:
    Staying on top of work orders is key. This means opening and closing orders, keeping track of progress and making sure everything runs smoothly with internal systems.
  • Scheduling and Workflow Management:
    It's all about assigning the right techs to the right jobs at the right time. You'll be juggling schedules, managing workflows, and making sure everyone knows where they need to be.
  • Deliver top‑notch service to customers:
    Communicate clearly, respectfully and in a timely manner with customers during the repair process.
  • Communication:
    Whether you're connecting with the team or keeping customers in the loop, your main priority is to keep everything running smoothly and ensure everyone is aligned.

    Leading a team of techs means motivating them, supporting their growth, and handling any issues that come up. It's all about building a strong, talented crew.
