Crafco, Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician at our manufacturing plant in Cheyenne, WY. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the machinery and equipment in our manufacturing facility. They will perform necessary repairs and conduct preventive maintenance to ensure machinery runs efficiently and safely and is kept in overall good working order.
Key responsibilities include inspecting, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and fixing mechanical issues, updating equipment records, organizing tools and work areas, following safety protocols, and collaborating with production teams and/or subject matter experts to minimize equipment downtime and optimize efficiency and dependability.
Specific Duties:
- Maintain logs identifying all repairs, inspections and the results of these repairs and inspections through Maintain
X. - Conduct plant preventive maintenance program in accordance with requirements of the program.
- Perform assigned duties in a safe, professional manner following all established policies and procedures.
- Inspect and monitor all equipment, machines, tools, and building for proper operation and mechanical condition.
- Utilize HMI (Human Machine Interface) system during daily monitoring and inspection of equipment.
- Assist in installation of new projects or upgrading projects.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1-3 years of trade school or related maintenance experience.
- HMI (Human Machine Interface) experience preferred.
- Ability to read and write English.
- Knowledge of general shop math, reading charts, tables, drawings, and use of job-related tools, gauges and instruments.
- Working knowledge of pumps, motors, oil lines and automated equipment including servo motors, sensors, conveyors, and continuous equipment flow of a line-run sealant manufacturing plant.
- Familiarity with plumbing, heating, ventilation, electrical, and machine maintenance.
- Physical ability to stand, squat, stretch, lift 25-60 lbs, or stand for long periods in potentially adverse semi-indoor/outdoor conditions.
- Willingness to work overtime or various shifts as needed.
