Marketing Events Coordinator – Bath Concepts Independent Dealers

Bath Concepts Independent Dealers is a leading brand in the acrylic bath remodeling industry. We are looking for quality people to join our winning team to beautify bathrooms across North America with attractive, durable and maintenance‑free bath remodeling fixtures.

• Research and find events and shows within assigned territory.
• Negotiate contracts with event vendors.
• Book an annual calendar of events and shows.
• Recruit, hire and train event demonstrators.
• Schedule demonstrators to work events.
• Coordinate booth and display set‑up and tear‑down.
• Set appointments for free in‑home consultations at events and shows.
• Collect contest entries.
• Follow up on contest entries and schedule them for a free in‑home consultation.
• Measure and report results.

• Strong communication skills.
• Positive, outgoing personality.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to coach, train and motivate others.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds.

Must be available to work weekends.
