Shift Manager – McDonald’s Restaurants, Cheyenne, WY
Shift Manager at our company‑owned and independently operated restaurants. Our restaurants are staffed by great people and we’re looking for more of them. Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift, ensuring quality, service and cleanliness for customers.
Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to meet McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare for a successful shift. Shift Managers may also be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and helping their assigned departments meet their goals.
