As an Outside Sales Rep, you’ll engage with customers, strengthen relationships, and provide effective agriculture solutions. You’ll speak with clients about their needs, promote our selection of equipment and services, stay informed about John Deere products and competitive brands, equipment values, incentive programs, financing options, and common agricultural processes. You’ll make great recommendations, develop effective sales plans, perform field equipment demonstrations, oversee delivery, and help train operators.

You’ll stay on top of trends and collaborate with management to keep the business at the top of the game.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with computers and online tools
• Strong math skills
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and safely operate, hook up, secure, and transport equipment

3+ years of account management or equipment sales experience preferred. A bachelor's degree in a business or agriculture‑related field is a bonus. If you have the right mindset and drive, we’re willing to train you to succeed.
