As a Security Officer - Real Estate Patrol in Cheyenne, WY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. This is a primarily driving post, where you will interact with tenants and guests, deliver outstanding customer service, and support a welcoming environment.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist visitors, tenants, and staff with inquiries and provide directions as needed within the location.
• Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry to restricted areas.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs of patrols, incidents, and other relevant activities.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to support a secure environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• This is primarily a driving post.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
