Job DescriptionAs a Security Officer - Real Estate Patrol in Cheyenne, WY
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security‑related incidents and providing a visible presence. This is a primarily driving post, where you will interact with tenants and guests, deliver outstanding customer service, and support a welcoming environment.

- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
- Observe and report any unusual activity or security‑related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist visitors, tenants, and staff with inquiries and provide directions as needed within the location.
- Monitor access points and help deter unauthorized entry to restricted areas.
- Maintain detailed and accurate logs of patrols, incidents, and other relevant activities.
- Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to support a secure environment.
- This is primarily a driving post.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
