RME Holdings & Operations, LLC is hiring licensed Journeyman Plumbers, HVAC Technicians, and Sheet metal Workers to join our high-performing team in Cheyenne, WY. We're also actively recruiting Apprentices (1st‑4th year) who are ready to grow—we’ll pay for your trade school education and help you complete your apprenticeship. • Install, service, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC or plumbing systems across residential and commercial properties.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications to guide installations and repairs.
• Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and company procedures.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate with contractors and clients to meet deadlines and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain clean and organized work spaces, tools, and vehicles.
• Train and mentor apprentices as assigned.
• Utilize digital tools and mobile devices to enhance job efficiency and documentation.

• Valid Journeyman license (Plumbing, HVAC, or Sheet metal).
• Apprentices welcomed—support provided for city licensing and trade school.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience required for Journeyman applicants.
• Proficient in interpreting blueprints, using hand/power tools, and troubleshooting technical systems.
• Strong understanding of plumbing and HVAC codes and standards.
• Self‑motivated with excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record OR reliable personal transportation.
• Ability to work both independently and in team environments.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Daily activities include climbing, bending, standing, and navigating varied terrain.
• Exposure to outdoor conditions, dust, noise, and confined spaces.
• Fast‑paced environment with deadlines and project‑driven expectations.

Full‑Time – Monday through Friday. Standard hours with occasional extended or weekend shifts based on project needs.
