A Day in the Life of a Aesthetics Team Member
Aesthetics Team Members provide essential aesthetics, structural maintenance, and repair services for Cheyenne Regional Health System (Cheyenne Regional) owned grounds and facilities. This includes repairs, replacement or installation of items relating to maintenance or improvement of the physical plant and hospital facility. Aesthetic Team Members operate mechanical systems, complete floor and wall duties, remove and install signage, and services hardware and locks.

- Completes wood framing and interior furnishing, cabinetry, and counter top repair and installation.
- Repairs walls, sheetrock, mudding tapping and texturing.
- Installs, repairs and replaces signage, ceiling tiles, minor painting.
- Installs, repairs, and/or replaces windows, vinyl wall coverings, flooring, and carpet.
- Install and adjust doors, hardware and locking devices.
- Performs limited roof repair and maintenance.
- Forms and finishes concrete work.
- Performs/minor mechanical and electrical maintenance work appropriate for position scope.
- Receives, maintains, and completes Facilities service request tickets and updates system tracking as necessary.
- Collaborates with other facility team members and leadership to complete multifaceted projects.
Skills:
- Ability to use required hand and power tools correctly and safely.
- Ability to multitask in a continually changing and clinical environment.
- Ability to accurately perform calculations including fractions and decimals.
- Ability to work in small, close spaces; climb ladders; work in hot, cold, and/or noisy environments.
- Knowledge of standard maintenance tools, equipment and materials.
What You Will Need:
- High school diploma (or equivalent certificate from an accredited program) or higher degree.
- Must have clean driving record that follows Cheyenne Regional Medical Center’s driving guidelines.
- Technical school, on the job training, or college level courses in building operation technical areas.
- Healthcare, commercial building, or general maintenance experience.
