Echo Star is looking for a Building and Grounds Technician to become part of our Facilities Team that is responsible for the upkeep and operations of the uplink center in Cheyenne.

• Responsible for upkeep of the grounds and maintaining the buildings
• Mowing of grass and weed control
• Snow removal
• Painting
• Concrete work
• Frame walls, install drywall, and repair, install, or remove windows and door frames
• Plumbing repairs, maintaining the equipment used on site for mowing and snow removal
• Repair the sprinkler system used for watering the grounds

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in building maintenance and grounds keeping in an industrial or commercial setting
• Experience in drywall repair, painting, framing of walls, floor tile installation, minor plumbing repairs, mowing grass and spraying weeds, now removal, concrete repair, and irrigation installation and repair

• Ability to perform maintenance on equipment used for mowing and snow removal
• Ability to work off ladders, and man lifts, and use forklifts
• Ability to lift 60 pounds, and work in outside elements
• Ability to come in after hours for emergencies if asked

Compensation: $20.72/Hour - $29.62/Hour

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
