. This position is located in Stanley, North Dakota and will work in the Bakken Basin oil fields installing VFDs and other electrical equipment.

• Install, configure, and wire AC/DC controllers, VFDs, and other electrical equipment in the field.
• Read electrical schematics, design layouts, bend, and fill conduit to meet code specifications.
• Work outdoors on 10‑hour days, 6 days a week, with potential to shift to 12‑hour days, 7 days a week.
• Maintain a strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.

• Valid North Dakota Journeyman Electrician license, or a reciprocal state license.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work outdoors in a demanding field environment.

Base pay range: $44.00/hr – $50.00/hr.

Typical total earnings nearly $200,000 when factoring base, overtime, and a daily per diem of $115.

Schedule:

10‑hour days, 6 days a week; may shift to 12‑hour days, 7 days a week.

DSI may use AI tools to support part of the hiring process, but final hiring decisions are made by humans.
