Job Description:
Youth Participant - Tobacco Purchase Program
The FDA Center for Tobacco Products is seeking minors aged 16-17 and individuals under 20 to assist in a tobacco compliance program. The role involves attempting to purchase tobacco products from local retailers to ensure adherence to federal laws prohibiting sales to minors. This is a part-time position, primarily outside school hours and on weekends.
Immediate Openings in:Laramie and Casper, Wyoming.
Essential Job Functions:Job Qualifications:
- Ability to ride in a car for extended periods.
- Ability to stand, bend, and walk.
- Normal or corrected vision for reading and tasks.
- Ability to hear and understand spoken communication.
- Light lifting and carrying as needed.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed by supervisors. The position is contingent on funding and contractual restrictions.
