Mortenson is currently seeking a CDL Class A
- Truck Driver. The successful candidate will operate trucks as directed, adhere to all rules and regulations, and follow Mortenson safety policies and procedures.

• Operate Water Truck, Dump Truck, Haul Truck, and Tractor Trailer/Lowboy as required.
• Follow prescribed safety regulations.
• Maintain housekeeping in a clear and orderly manner.
• Perform routine maintenance (lubricating, fueling, cleaning).
• Detect machine malfunctions by observing equipment operation.
• Follow work plans and pre-task cards.
• Build and maintain effective relationships across diverse backgrounds.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Current CDL Class A license and necessary endorsements.
• Related construction experience preferred.
• Strong teamwork orientation.
• Positive attitude and professional customer service skills.
• Detail orientation.
• Physical capability to move levers, shift gears, depress pedals, and maneuver steering wheel.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and load charts.
• Knowledge of equipment and their uses.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication).
• Ability to work independently.
• Active listening and effective communication, openness to diverse input.
• Repetitive hand, arm, leg movements.
• Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling: up to 50 lbs.
