Your role will entail guest registration and providing excellent customer service in a welcoming environment.
This permanent position requires a secondary school graduation certificate and a client-focused attitude. You will handle reservations, assist guests with inquiries, and process payments efficiently. Strong communication skills in French are essential, and experience is an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
• Register guests and assign rooms on arrival
• Manage room reservations and cancellations
• Provide information on local attractions and hotel services
• Process guest departures and payment transactions
• Maintain accurate inventory of room assignments
Requirements:
• Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent
• Experience in a customer service role is preferred
• Proficiency in French;
English is an asset
• Criminal record check required
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts
