Company Summary
: A leading global advisory firm is seeking a VP or Accounting and Financial Reporting to join its growing transaction and financial reporting practice. This role will partner with private equity sponsors, corporate clients, executive leadership teams, and investors on complex transaction-driven accounting and reporting initiatives. The position offers significant exposure to acquisitions, divestitures, capital markets activity, financial reporting transformation projects, and strategic finance initiatives across a variety of industries.

Key Responsibilities
:

• Lead transaction-related accounting, financial reporting, and advisory engagements for corporate and investor-backed clients
• Advise on accounting operations, close process improvements, internal controls, and reporting requirements
• Partner with senior finance executives on complex business transactions and strategic initiatives
• Mentor junior team members and support client development and practice growth efforts

Qualifications
:

• 6+ years of experience in transaction advisory, technical accounting, financial reporting, or controllership environments
• CPA require with strong U.S. GAAP and transaction-related accounting matters
• Experience improving close processes, financial reporting infrastructure, and internal control environments
• Strong analytical, client-facing, and project management skills with advanced Excel proficiency
