Core Spaces is seeking an Associate, Development in the Chicagoland area to drive on-site project execution from pre-construction through turnover. You will manage schedules, budgets and documentation while coordinating with architects, general contractors and asset teams to stay on brand and on time.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture/Finance and 2–4 years in development, plus strong Excel and project-management skills.
