Job Summary:

The Financial Analyst is a pivotal role in our finance department, optimizing financial processes and systems to drive business performance. This position is responsible for examining financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights that guide strategic decisions. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, develop assumption-based financial models, and implement solutions that improve financial efficiency and accuracy.

• Financial Modeling and Analysis:
  Develop complex financial models to support strategic initiatives, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning. Analyze current and past financial data and performance to make recommendations on profit enhancement.
• Process Improvement:
  Identify inefficiencies in financial processes and develop solutions to enhance business operations and reporting accuracy. Implement best practices in financial systems and controls, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Reporting and Data Visualization:
  Prepare detailed financial reports and dashboards for management, highlighting trends, forecasts, and financial performance. Enhance data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for conveying a succinct, comprehensive financial message.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs and translate business requirements into system requirements. Act as the liaison between finance, operations, and technology departments to enhance systems and interfaces.
• Project Management:
  Lead and participate in projects that enhance the capability of the finance function, managing timelines, scope, and project risks.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, business analysis, or a related field. Proven experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and expense management.
