Hair Cuttery in Chicago is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager who loves leading behind the chair while guiding a team. You’ll be the right hand to the Salon Leader, keeping guests happy, schedules flowing, and standards high.
In this full-time role you’ll mentor stylists using the IGROW model, ensure safety and compliance with State Board and OSHA, and help grow the business through local partnerships and campaigns. A current Cosmetology license is required.
