Bondora Group seeks a CRM Manager to join our CRM & Customer Value team. You will build and run customer journeys in Braze across the lifecycle—from application and onboarding to repeat loans and add-ons—ensuring QA and zero customer-facing errors.
Design journeys around customer situations, prioritize by loan value, and maintain compliance with consent. You will work with Legal and Risk to launch, using data to drive business outcomes in loans and revenue.
