First Bus is offering a two-year Coaching Management Graduate Programme designed to build the knowledge and experience needed to contribute to the growth of the coaching business. You will rotate through different coach operations, gaining hands-on exposure and responsibilities with experienced colleagues.
You will receive support from a buddy, mentor and managers, with structured development including the New Manager Programme, two-day graduate events, and CPC study support.
