LEM Trucking is recruiting a Class A CDL Truck Driver in Chicago, Illinois, for an established dedicated delivery operation offering strong weekly earning potential and repeat customer locations.

Drivers average $1,800 to $2,000 per week based on production and account activity. This position is designed for drivers who are comfortable with physical freight handling and prefer working with a consistent customer network.

An Active Driving Position With Driver Unloading

Unlike traditional no-touch freight positions, this account requires drivers to unload deliveries using u-carts at customer locations.

A Class A CDL Truck Driver should be prepared for regular physical activity throughout the workweek, including moving freight from the trailer during scheduled deliveries.

The dedicated account structure provides recurring stops, familiar delivery procedures, and established customer expectations.

Pay and Schedule Highlights

Equipment and Company Benefits

Each Class A CDL Truck Driver operates an automatic Freightliner tractor from model years 2019 through 2022.

Many trucks feature APUs and 1,500-watt power inverters for additional convenience during time away from home.

Paid orientation is provided during onboarding.

Class A CDL Truck Driver Qualifications

Applicants must possess a valid Class A CDL and have at least three months of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience within the previous 12 months.

Candidates must be comfortable with regular u-cart unloading, meet applicable DOT qualification standards, and maintain an acceptable driving record.
