Key duties:

Act as the main point of contact for customers, managing all service-related inquiries Book and organise vehicle services, repairs, and MOTs in line with customer needs Use Pinnacle DMS and Service Box Stellantis to accurately record customer details and service information Upsell services and products, including service plans, to help meet targets Provide clients with clear updates on vehicle progress and additional work required Maintain high standards of customer care, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty Contribute to the smooth running of the dealerships service department Candidate profile:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or similar customer-facing role within the automotive industry Strong communication and organisational skills Familiarity with Pinnacle DMS and Service Box systems preferred, but full training can be provided Ability to upsell services professionally and meet sales targets without hard selling Positive attitude, proactive approach, and ability to work effectively within a team Customer-focused mindset with a desire to deliver excellent service This Service Advisor role with our client offers the chance to work in a reputable dealership environment with excellent earning potential and career progression opportunities.
