Volker Highways is offering an Early Careers Apprenticeship in West Sussex, starting October 2026. You’ll join project teams, learn on site while pursuing a Level 2 Highway Maintenance apprenticeship, with college blocks and overnight accommodation provided. No prior construction experience is required, full training and support will be given.
You’ll work full-time, 45 hours per week, with a clear path to a permanent role and company benefits including pension, discounts and generous annual leave.
