Group Projects Event Planner

We are looking for an organised, creative and proactive Event Planner to join the team responsible for planning and delivering Group Projects across Goodwood - including Goodwoof, Nucleus, Magnolia Cup, Qatar Goodwood Festival, Doghouse Events and the Health Summit.

In this role, you will take responsibility for the creation, planning and delivery of all content for Goodwoof. This includes managing content schedules, documentation, ticketing and all related correspondence, ensuring everything is completed accurately, efficiently and on time.

Alongside this, you will contribute to the operational and strategic planning of all other Group Projects, working collaboratively to help ensure exceptional experiences for every guest who attends a Goodwood event.

You’ll bring a genuine passion for delivering memorable events, ideally with experience working on greenfield sites. Highly organised, proactive and confident in your decision-making, you’ll be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys juggling multiple priorities.

Your strong communication and relationship-building skills will help you collaborate seamlessly with stakeholders, partners and colleagues. You’ll have an eye for detail, a flair for creative problem-solving, and a natural ability to spot opportunities to enhance customer experience and improve event performance.

Your toolkit will include good working knowledge of event best practice, project management approaches and Microsoft Office, with AutoCAD experience an added bonus. A full, clean UK driving licence is essential.
