• Greet guests and members like they’re old friends (even if they’re brand new)
• Keep things running smoothly at the front desk – bookings, schedules, and guest queries
• Handle check‑ins and check‑outs with a smile and serious efficiency
• Send and reply to messages/emails that are clear, friendly, and on‑point
• Help keep the space looking Insta‑ready and safe for everyone
• Share guest feedback and be part of the ideas team to keep improving
• Know our offers and help upsell services in a natural, helpful way

• A confident communicator and natural people‑person
• Someone organised, dependable and calm under pressure – even on busy days

Basic hourly rate = £12.21 plus 12.07% holiday accrual = total hourly rate of £13.68
