Customer Relations Executive
Salary £26,980 – OTE £35,000!!
Tangmere, Chichester
BMS Cars and BMS Salvage are growing fast, and we’re on the lookout for a proactive,
people-focused Customer Relations Executive to join our lively, hardworking team.
If you’re a natural multi-tasker who loves delivering first-class customer service in a fast-paced environment – and you’re ready to be part of one of the UK’s fastest-growing damaged vehicle buying networks – this is your chance.
We value a positive attitude and self-motivation as much as experience. A passion for cars is abonus but not essential – we’ll teach you the rest!
What you’ll be doing day-to-day
● 90% inbound calls – responding to customer enquiries and making every
interaction a great one.
● Handling emails and ensuring all customer queries are resolved quickly and
efficiently.
● Liaising with third parties to schedule and organise vehicle collections.
● Managing the full customer journey from start to finish to maintain our high
standards.
● Completing admin tasks accurately to keep everything running smoothly.
● Handling objections or issues calmly and confidently to ensure great outcomes.
What we are looking for:
● A customer service superstar with strong communication and rapport-building
skills.
● Excellent attention to detail and a can-do, problem-solving mindset.
● Comfortable working at pace in a busy environment and juggling multiple tasks.
● A professional, friendly telephone manner and confident IT skills (MS Office &
bespoke systems).
● A true team player who is also self-motivated and able to manage their own
workload.
● Bonus points for vehicle knowledge or a keen interest in cars (but it’s not
essential).

Hours of work:
Monday – Friday, Week 1: 8:00am – 6:00pm, Week 2: 8:00am – 5:00pm
