Supply Desk is seeking a motivated Cover Supervisor to join a friendly and supportive secondary school in Chichester. We are looking for a proactive Cover Supervisor to oversee classes across KS3 and KS4 in the absence of the regular classroom teacher. This full-time role begins in January 2026 and has the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. Your role will involve managing the classroom, delivering pre-prepared work, and ensuring students remain focused, engaged, and motivated.

• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Confidence in leading a classroom and supporting young people
• A positive, adaptable, and proactive approach
• Experience in a school environment is beneficial but not essential
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
