Deliver outstanding additional learning support to all students. Ensure a cohesive and embedded approach at all CCG colleges to inclusivity . Develop provision in line with SEND reform and maximise the impact on learners. Ensure the Group meets the requirement of the SEND code of practice and statutory obligations. Extensive SEND experience within Further Education. A detailed understanding of SEND reform.

Experience of working across multiple sites and managing SEND teams to deliver exceptional support. A proven track record of reducing achievement gaps for learners with additional needs.
