Job Description
Supply Desk are supporting a highly regarded secondary school in the Chichester area in their search for an enthusiastic and dedicated Media Studies Teacher to join their team after October half term.
This is a full-time position teaching Media Studies across KS3 and KS4, with the role expected to continue until Easter 2027. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and creative lessons, monitoring student progress, and inspiring students to develop their understanding of media, digital communication, and contemporary culture.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality Media Studies lessons across KS3 and KS4.
Plan, prepare and assess lessons in line with the curriculum.
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement.
Contribute positively to departmental planning and development.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to support student outcomes.
Engage fully with the wider life of the school.
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Strong subject knowledge in Media Studies.
Experience teaching Media Studies at secondary level.
Excellent classroom management skills.
Passion for inspiring and engaging young people.
Commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing.
Ability to differentiate effectively and support learners of all abilities.
Additional Information
Start after October half term.
Full-time position until Easter 2027.
