Outsource Engineer

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer / Outsource Engineer to join a thriving business in a time of growth.

In this position, you would be the primary engineer on site for one of our customers, taking ownership of all IT support including day‑to‑day business-as-usual support, more complex issues, proactive maintenance, and an element of project work.

Location:

Chichester (fully on‑site); occasional travel to a London site.

• Primary on‑site engineer for our customer

• Provide day‑to‑day IT support

• Troubleshoot complex issues

• Perform proactive maintenance

• Execute project work as needed

• Experience of project‑based work
• Windows Server (Apply online only)
• Active Directory, Exchange
• Networking
• O365 and Azure
• VoIP experience is desirable
• ITIL framework knowledge
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
