Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a HVAC Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
We are looking for a HVAC Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
The HVAC Engineer, will be responsible for:
* Carrying out operational and maintenance activities as directed, ensuring work is executed in a safe and suitable manner
* Working as directed to ensure timely completion of PPM's and reactive work to SLA's
* Providing a customer focused service and a high standard of planned preventative and reactive maintenance
* Proactively involved in the on-going technical evaluation of all plant and equipment, suggestion of improvements where appropriate
* Accurately recording and reporting of maintenance activity to ensure the CAFM System is correctly updated
* Supporting the Shift Engineering Teams to ensure correct operation of the critical services
* Ensuring the maintenance of accurate plant records, information and reporting systems
* You will have site sign off for works to take place and to accept successful completion ensuring all RAMS and other technical sign off is in place prior to allowing works to take place
* Taking responsibility for ensuring services are delivered in accordance with site and best practice processes and procedures
To be successful for this HVAC Engineer role you must have:
* NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning or equivalent
* Working knowledge and understanding of engineering operations within Business-Critical Environments
* Demonstrable experience in operating and fault finding complex and integrated HVAC systems including (Heat Pumps, Chillers, DX units, Fan Coils etc)
* Experience in facilities, operations or engineering; in a production environment
