We re looking for someone with solid end-to-end invoicing experience who s confident in taking ownership of the process and introducing smarter, more efficient ways of working. If you thrive on improving systems and keeping things running smoothly, this one could be for you.

What will the Purchase Ledger role involve?

• Process supplier invoices accurately, including matching to purchase orders and resolving any discrepancies promptly
• Monitor invoice queries and approval statuses, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up
• Liaise with department managers to investigate and resolve invoice issues, reallocating costs where necessary
• Reconcile supplier statements regularly, identifying and investigating any outstanding or disputed items
• Work closely with procurement and site teams to efficiently resolve invoice queries and maintain accurate records
• Reconciling month-end control accounts

Suitable Candidate for the Purchase Ledger vacancy:

• Previous end-to-end experience within a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Self-starter, good initiative
