CMA Recruitment Group is partnering with a well‑established Chichester business to recruit a temporary Credit Controller.

This position will be offered on a temporary‑to‑permanent basis for the right candidate. The successful individual will join a supportive finance team in a growing organisation that values accuracy, collaboration, and professional development. You’ll manage credit control processes, help maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure timely payments, with the chance to improve existing systems and grow your skills in a positive team environment.

• desa Manage the full credit control process, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments
• Build strong client relationships to support effective payment cycles and long‑term partnerships
• Monitor aged debt and take proactive steps to reduce overdue balances
• Conduct credit checks and set credit limits in line with company policy
• Issue statements, reminders, and correspondence for outstanding accounts
• Reconcile remittance advices and resolve invoice queries promptly
• Administer and reconcile company credit card transactions

• Previous experience in credit control or sales ledger within a busy finance environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner
• Confident with'off>reconciliations and working to deadlines
