Profile
A successful Head of Commercial Finance should have:

Proven ability to manage budgets and forecasts effectively.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Confidence in presenting financial data to senior stakeholders.
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Experience in team leadership and mentoring.
Previous experience in the retail industry is advantageous.
