Head of Finance & Operations

Head of Finance & Operations Dungannon £70,000 - £80,000  Bonus Artemis Human Capotal are delighted to be supporting a growing business in the appointment of a Head of Finance and Operations. This is a finance led senior leadership role, with primary responsibility for the financial management and commercial performance of the business. Working closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership team, you will provide the financial insight, control and commercial challenge required to support continued growth.

Key Responsibilities Lead the finance function, overseeing management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, working capital and financial controls. Provide commercial insight intoprofitability and overall business performance. Partner with the Managing Director and senior leadership team on strategic planning, investment, pricing and key commercial decisions. Drive improvements in cost control, procurement, cash collection and profitability, identifying opportunities to reduce waste and improve margins.

Oversee statutory accounts, VAT, tax, audit, banking and external professional relationships, ensuring strong financial governance and compliance. Provide wider leadership across HR, IT, systems, risk and compliance, ensuring the business has effective processes, controls and infrastructure to support growth.

The Person A qualified or professionally experienced senior finance leader, ideally ACA, ACCA or CIMA, with strong commercial and financial management experience. Proven experience across management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, financial controls and commercial analysis. Commercially minded and analytical, with the ability to translate financial information into clear insight and practical business decisions. A confident senior stakeholder who can challenge constructively, influence Directors and work collaboratively across finance, operations and commercial teams.
