As the leading provider of relationship-led care (we are rated OUTSTANDING by CQC), we take care to match our Care Professionals to clients and provide the highest quality of care to help our clients continue to live safe, well and independently at home.

All our Care Professionals receive a guaranteed hours contract, from 5 to 35 hours per week.

Excellent rates of pay:Evening and weekend work is paid at £13-£14.50 per hour.

We are seeking people to deliver care to our clients in the Chichester area - evenings and weekends - could this be you?

We require people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a difference to the quality of life for our clients. Our highly respected Care Professionals are at the heart of what we do, providing the very best home care and helping us elevate the care experience.

We will carefully match you to our clients, in your local community, and you will support them to live happy, independent lives by providing:

• Companionship and help around the home
• Preparation and support with meals
• Prompting and assisting your client with their medication
• Supporting with personal care and to get dressed
• Social visits and support with appointments and shopping trips

Home Instead are unique in the care industry as all our visits are a minimum of 1 hour. We believe that this time is needed for you to establish meaningful relationships with your clients and make a REAL difference to their lives everyday!

As a Care Professional at Home Instead you will receive industry leading training, great rates of pay and 24/7 support from our office team.

• Excellentrates of pay,£13.00- £14.50 per hour (evenings & weekends) and guaranteed contracts to fit around your lifestyle
• All visits are a minimum of an hour
• Paid mileage, 45p per mile & paid car MOT

If you have a knack for making people smile, then you already have the skills to be a great Care Professional, so no prior experience of care is required. All your paid training will take placeat our office in Chichester with our award-winning training team.
