Up to £125,000 p / a salary, plus car allowance & 25% bonus. Relocation support considered for the right candidate!

We are currently looking for an experienced Head of Finance to join our rapidly growing business in Chichester, West Sussex. Reporting into the Chief Financial Officer, you will lead a team of Finance Business Partners across both Commercial and Supply Chain Finance. Working closely as a trusted advisor to the exec team and their leadership teams to support and influence decision making based on strong financial insight.

Principle Responsibilities :

• Ownership of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process leading forecasting, annual budgeting and long-term strategic planning across the business
• P&L ownership across commercial & supply chain delivering against annual budget
• Deliver analytical insights and value-added analysis to support decision making
• Identify opportunities and propose solutions to drive revenue and profitability whilst mitigating risks
• Facilitate and provide recommendations for new and existing products & ranges, including during concept development stage
• Influences and challenges the business through engaging and communicating effectively with stakeholders
• Championing a relentless continuous improvement culture within the team and amongst stakeholders
• Lead & develop a team of talented business partners

• Business partner to the Commercial & Supply Chain leadership team ensuring absolute clarity on complex financial information and that this is communicated accurately & effectively to internal & external stakeholders
• Leadership of Integrated Business Planning process ensuring absolute clarity on in year performance and outlook whilst ensuring engagement across the business around longer-term planning
• Provide pro-active support to build robust business plans and identify profit improvement opportunities
• Analysis & monitoring of key performance indicators and investigating variances to budget, outlook and year on year movements
